ProActive Security (“ProActive Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our clients, employees, job applicants, contractors, visitors, and members of the public. Surveillance and Security Records
When authorized by a client and permitted by law, ProActive Security personnel may use or interact with surveillance systems, security cameras, access-control systems, photographs, or other security technology.
Security footage and incident information may be reviewed and disclosed when reasonably necessary to investigate an incident, protect people or property, fulfill contractual security responsibilities, respond to legal proceedings, or cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental authorities.
ProActive Security will use surveillance and security information only for legitimate business, safety, security, or legal purposes.
Sharing of Personal Information
ProActive Security does not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose personal information to our clients when necessary to perform contracted security services; authorized vendors and service providers; insurance providers and professional advisers; law enforcement or government agencies when legally required or reasonably necessary; and other parties when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of ProActive Security, our clients, employees, or the public.
